PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The cover of this short and concise memoir has a soft matte touch finish, where the outer margin has been hand finished with a decorative gold adhesive strip. The design of this gold strip may vary from memoir to memoir. The book includes a personal handwritten prophetic inscription on the inside cover.

PRODUCT CARE

To ensure longevity of the book and preserve it as a sacred talisman, it is recommended that you handle the book with care. This includes ensuring that your hands are clean and free from moisture as you handle the book. It is also recommended that you store the book by wrapping it in a velvet fabric cover or other protective covers made of acid-free material.

By submitting a tribute for this item you are accepting that you lose your right to cancellation because this is a personalised item. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

CLICK AND COLLECT   

Orders are available exclusively for collection every Friday between 12:00PM - 4:00PM in Dolgellau. To be included in the current week's cycle, please ensure your order is placed before 12:00 PM on Wednesday. Any orders placed after this time will be included in the next week’s cycle.  

COLLECTION APPOINTMENTS

Please select your preferred window and provide a WhatsApp-enabled contact number at checkout. Your specific appointment and the exact address details for collection will be confirmed via WhatsApp. Should you miss your allocated slot, you are responsible for messaging via WhatsApp, to reschedule for the next available Friday in a subsequent week. 

This rescheduling process remains the same for all missed appointments and will continue to repeat until your order is successfully collected.

PROOF OF COLLECTION

Upon arrival, a photograph will be taken to document the successful hand-off of your order. This image will be sent to you via WhatsApp as confirmation of delivery and serves as the final record of the transaction.
