Please read these Terms of Service (“terms”, “terms of service”) carefully before using www.queengnosis.co.uk website (the “service”) operated by Anchoress Musings Group Ltd trading as The Queen of Eros and The Queen of Gnosis (“us”, ‘we”, “our”).

By using this website (www.queengnosis.co.uk), you agree and accept to be bound to our Terms of Service, Returns Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any other policies which we make known to you from time to time, which together constitute the entire agreement between us.

These following Terms of Service govern the sales of goods and services by us, to you the customer, by telephone, email, video chat, in-person, via our website at www.queengnosis.co.uk, or by other means through our Concierge Team, and will form the basis of of sale between us. Please read through the terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase as you will be bound by them. 1. PRODUCTS AND WELLNESS SERVICES DISCLAIMER

The Queen of Gnosis is a wellness company with registered headquarters in West Wales, offering remote, in-person and destination wellness sessions, and online self-help subscription packages in Cathartic Embodiment. The company also sells limited edition self-care hampers and gifts sets including, but not limited to food, cosmetics, jewellery and books.

Our products and wellness experiences are designed to provide meaningful, immersive, and experiential entertainment. They are highly intuitive and tailored to your individual needs to support your personal wellness journey. While we offer mentoring, self-help tools such as master classes, subliminal audio activations, Oracle reading podcast videos, self-care products and a range of holistic treatments including massage, reflexology, energy work, conscious breathwork, and Oracular services, it is important to note that our offerings are not intended as a replacement or substitute for professional medical, legal, relationship, business, or financial advice. We recommend consulting with the relevant professionals for any concerns in these areas. Our services are meant to complement traditional healthcare practices and should not be considered medical treatment.

1.1 DESCRIPTIONS & SPECIFICATIONS

Every effort has been made by us to ensure that the products, services, and experiences displayed on this website, in our brochures, or on any other marketing medium or advertising channel accurately reflect the descriptions and photographs. Whether pertaining to colors, specifications, volumes, dimensions, or other details, they have been quoted as accurately as possible.

Please note that the colors you see may vary depending on the resolution of your monitor or screen, especially when using a phone or tablet. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the color seen on your display will precisely reflect the color of the delivered item or service.

We reserve the right, from time to time, to vary the specifications, volumes, dimensions, descriptions, and quantities of both products and wellness services displayed on our website without prior notice. This flexibility allows us to continually enhance and improve the quality and offerings to better serve our customers and clients.

2. PRICES

Products and services are displayed with prices in pounds (GBP). We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. This does not affect the purchases that have been already made.

3. PAYMENT

Clients can make payments for products or services through our website or over the phone, based on the available payment options specific to each product or service . We utilise secure payment processors such as Stripe or Square to facilitate transactions. Additionally, we accept payments via bank transfer. Most major debit and credit cards are also accepted for payment.

Please note that credit card payments are subject to a transaction surcharge of 3%. This surcharge is applied to cover the processing fees incurred by the company for credit card transactions.

By making a payment through any of the available methods, customers agree to the terms outlined in our terms of service.

4. RIGHT TO CANCEL AND RETURN POLICY

4.1 PURCHASES FOR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES MADE ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE

You legally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

In the case of a service contract or a contract for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, the cancellation period will expire 30 days from the day on which the contract was made.

In the case of a sales contract, the cancellation period will expire 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good

The following types of items are exempt from this right:

  • Perishable goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly, this includes all hampers containing such items;

  • Personalised or bespoke services and items, this includes gifts that have been engraved or inscribed and bespoke wellness experiences

  • For health and hygiene reasons, sealed items where the seal has been broken

  • Items worn next to the body, including all jewellery items

  • Digital products that are immediately accessible and/or available to download upon purchase

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel and return your purchase, you must inform The Queen of Gnosis of your decision by sending a clear statement by email to admin@queengnosis.co.uk or calling the concierge team on +44 (0) 330 043 9334. You can also electronically fill in and submit a cancellation request via our contact form. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such cancellation by email without delay.

In the case of a service contract, you will be issued a refund within 14 days, via the original method of payment.

In the case of physical goods, you shall return the goods to The Queen of Gnosis, C/O The Queen of Eros, Unit 2, Market Hall, Eldon Square, Dolgellau, LL40 1PY.

The goods must be returned without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your cancellation. Once the goods are received and inspected we will issue you a refund as soon as possible via the original method of payment. This will include a refund for the goods and the standard delivery charge - premium delivery charges are not refundable.

Please note that:

  • You have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us

  • Goods must be returned ‘as new’ in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund

  • We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund up to the value of the purchase price of goods, for any loss in value of any goods returned, if the loss is the result of damage or excessive handling by you. This includes any damage that may have occurred in transit when returning the goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding products that are faulty, incorrect or not as described

4.2 PURCHASES MADE ON-SITE, IN PERSON OR IN OUR CLINIC

4.21 PRODUCTS PURCHASED MADE ON-SITE, IN PERSON OR IN OUR CLINIC

For product purchases made on-site, in person or at our clinic at The Queen of Gnosis, C/O The Queen of Eros, Unit 2, Market Hall, Eldon Square, Dolgellau, LL40 1PY, you may return those items within 7 days of purchase along with your receipt, due to the limited and seasonal nature of the items we sell. Items must be returned ‘as new’ in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund. We can either exchange the item or issue you a refund, via your original method of payment. The following items are not eligible for an exchange or refund:

  • Perishable goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly, this includes all food gifts and beverage items and gift sets and hampers containing such items;

  • Personalised or bespoke items, this includes gifts that have been engraved or inscribed

  • For health and hygiene reasons, sealed items where the seal has been broken

  • Items worn next to the body, including all jewellery items

As our clinic operates on an appointment-only basis, we ask that you email admin@queengnosis.co.uk or call the concierge team on +44 (0) 330 043 9334 to arrange an appointment for your return.

4.21 SERVICES PURCHASED MADE ON-SITE, IN PERSON OR IN OUR CLINIC

For service purchases made on-site, in person or at our clinic at The Queen of Gnosis, C/O The Queen of Eros, Unit 2, Market Hall, Eldon Square, Dolgellau, LL40 1PY, you will be subject to the cancellation policy of the relevant service as outlined in the terms of service. Clients are made aware of the relevant cancellation policy at the time of booking to set clear expectations regarding cancellations and refunds.

4.3  FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive products that are faulty, have been damaged in transit, or are incorrect, then we will offer to either replace or repair these items for you free of charge or provide you with a full refund, provided we are notified of the fault within 30 days of you receiving the product. Beyond 30 days, should you discover a fault with the items within the first six months which is believed to have been there from the time of delivery, then unless we prove otherwise, we will replace or repair the goods. The items will be inspected on their return and we may request photos of damage and packaging so that we can review our packing procedures and investigate the issue with our postal operator.

In such an instance please email admin@queengnosis.co.uk or call the concierge team on +44 (0) 330 043 9334 with details of your purchase. You will be asked to return the items to The Queen of Gnosis, C/O The Queen of Eros, Unit 2, Market Hall, Eldon Square, Dolgellau, LL40 1PY. You should ensure the goods are adequately wrapped and returned with a proof of purchase.

4.4 LIMITED EDITION HAMPERS OR GIFT SETS - ONLINE OR PHONE ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients have the right to cancel their order within 14 days from the day they receive their hamper(s) or gift set items , when they order online or over the phone. Please note that the right of cancellation does not apply to hamper(s) or gift set(s) with items that have been opened, used, tampered with or had the seal broken due to their nature (e.g. for hygiene or safety reasons).

4.41 NOTIFICATION OF CANCELLATION

 To cancel your order, you must notify us by sending a clear statement by email to admin@queengnosis.co.uk or calling the concierge team on +44 (0) 330 043 9334. You can also electronically fill in and submit a cancellation request via our contact form. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such cancellation by email without delay.

4.42 RETURN OF HAMPERS OR GIFT SETS

The hampers or gift sets must be returned ‘as new’ in their original, unopened condition and packaging.

4.43 RETURN SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the hamper(s) and/or gift set(s) unless they are faulty or not as described.

4.44 RETURN PROCESS
Upon receiving the returned hampers, we will issue you a refund within 14 days. This includes the cost of the hampers and any standard delivery charges that you have paid - premium charges are not refundable.

4.45 EXCEPTIONS TO CANCELLATION

Please note that the right of cancellation does not apply to hamper(s) with items that have been opened, used, tampered with (e.g. seal broken on hygiene-sensitive and perishable items). This exception does not affect your statutory rights, particularly in cases of faulty or misdescribed hampers.

4.5 LIMITED EDITION HAMPERS OR GIFT SETS - ON-SITE, IN PERSON OR IN OUR CLINIC CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients who purchase our hamper(s) and/or gift set(s) on-site, in person, or in our clinic have 7 days from the date of purchase to notify us of their decision to cancel the purchase and return the items.

4.51 NOTIFICATION OF CANCELLATION

Clients must contact us within the 7-day period to notify us of their decision to cancel the purchase. As our clinic operates on an appointment-only basis, we ask that you email admin@queengnosis.co.uk or call the concierge team on +44 (0) 330 043 9334 (or message us on WhatsApp) to arrange an appointment for your return.

4.52 RETURN OF HAMPERS OR GIFT SETS

The hamper(s) or gift set(s) must be returned ‘as new’ in their original, unopened condition and packaging within the 7-day return period. Clients must present a valid proof of purchase such as a receipt or bank statement.

4.53 RETURN PROCESS
Upon receiving the returned hampers in ‘as new’ condition and verifying the proof of purchase, we will issue you a refund within 14 days. This includes the cost of the hampers.

4.54 EXEMPTIONS ON RETURNS

Please note the refunds for hamper(s) and/or gift set(s) will be subject to an exception in cases where there has been tampering (e.g. seal broken on hygiene-sensitive and perishable items), use, or the loss of value due to mishandling by the client. This exception does not affect your statutory rights, particularly in cases of faulty or misdescribed hampers.

4.6 BESPOKE WELLNESS EXPERIENCES AND CONCIERGE SERVICES CANCELLATION POLICY

Fully bespoke wellness experiences that fall outside our classic bespoke offerings start from a base price of £9,999 and operate on a cost plus fee structure, where a 15% markup is applied to the total actual cost of services.

To begin the customisation process, we charge a non-refundable consultation screening fee of £999. This fee covers the assessment of your needs, completion of client intake procedures (including medical history assessment) and the creation of a custom wellness programme tailored to your intentions.

Clients who book their bespoke wellness experience within 14 days from the date of their consultation screening will have the £999 consultation fee deducted from the total cost of the experience. This allows us to ensure a seamless transition from the consultation to the creation of your personalised wellness journey.

Concierge services are available to enhance your bespoke wellness experience, covering aspects such as travel, accommodation, operational expenses, and other service enhancements tailored to the design of your experience. These services can be requested for fully bespoke experiences, which start from a base price of £9,999 and operate on a cost-plus fee structure with a 15% markup applied to the total cost of services.

Moreover, concierge services can also be utilized for our classic bespoke offerings, which begin at £9,999 and involve in-person sessions in Dolgellau. For classic bespoke offerings, a 15% markup is similarly applied to the total actual costs of services, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience tailored to your preferences.

As our Bespoke Wellness Experiences and Concierge Services are personalised and tailored to individual preferences, including coordinating accommodation and travel arrangements with our trusted local suppliers, the right to cancel within the usual 14-day period does not apply, when you book online or over the phone. Clients are made aware of this exemption at the time of booking to set clear expectations regarding cancellations and refunds.

4.61 CANCELLATIONS MADE MORE THAN 14 DAYS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED SERVICE DATE

Clients are eligible for a 50% refund of the total cost of the concierge services.

4.62 CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE DATE

Clients are not eligible for a refund.

 4.7 THE KARMIC CLARITY IMMERSION PATHWAY CANCELLATION POLICY

As our services are tailored to the client's specifications and initiated immediately upon payment, the right to cancel within the usual 14-day period does not apply, when they book online or over the phone. Clients are made aware of this exemption at the time of booking to set clear expectations regarding cancellations and refunds. If a client wishes to cancel, cancellation charges will apply based on the total cost of the service. To cancel, clients must notify us in writing via email. Any refunds due will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request.

4.71 CANCELLATION 48 HOURS OR MORE BEFORE THE SCHEDULED SESSION

Full refund of the total cost, minus a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 20% of the total cost, to cover initial preparation work.

4.72 CANCELLATION BETWEEN 24 - 48 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED SESSION

If clients cancel their appointment between 24 - 48 hours of the scheduled session, they will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the session cost.

4.73 CANCELLATION LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED SESSION OR NO-SHOW

If clients cancel their appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, they will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 75% of the session cost

4.74 NO-SHOW WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION

If clients are a no-show, without any prior notification, they will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the session cost.

4.75 RESCHEDULING

Clients can reschedule their appointment once without incurring any additional charges, provided that they do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

4.8  THE KARMIC LOVE IMMERSION PATHWAY CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients have the right to cancel their booking within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason, when they book online or over the phone. If a client wishes to cancel after the initial 14-day period, cancellation charges will apply based on the total cost of the service. To cancel, clients must notify us in writing via email. Any refunds due will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request.

4.81 CANCELLATION BEFORE THE PRE-REPORT LOVE ALIGNMENT CONSULTATION

Full refund minus 10% of the total cost to cover administrative and consultation preparation costs.

4.82 CANCELLATION AFTER THE PRE-REPORT LOVE ALIGNMENT CONSULTATION BUT BEFORE THE REPORT DELIVERY

  50% refund of the total cost to cover consultation and initial report preparation costs.

4.83 CANCELLATION AFTER THE REPORT DELIVERY BUT BEFORE THE POST-REPORT REFLECTION SESSION

30% refund of the total cost to acknowledge the value of the comprehensive report provided.

4.84 CANCELLATION AFTER THE POST-REPORT REFLECTION SESSION

No refund, as the full service has been provided. Clients will retain access to the detailed PDF report even in the event of cancellation after the report delivery, allowing them to refer to it at any point on their journey.

4.9 THE HOOKAH TEA SMOKE AND AKASHIC TAROT CANCELLATION POLICY

As our services are tailored to the client's specifications and initiated immediately upon payment, the right to cancel within the usual 14-day period does not apply, when they book online or over the phone. Clients are made aware of this exemption at the time of booking to set clear expectations regarding cancellations and refunds. If a client wishes to cancel, cancellation charges will apply based on the total cost of the service. To cancel, clients must notify us in writing via email. Any refunds due will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request.

4.91 CANCELLATION 48 HOURS OR MORE BEFORE THE SCHEDULED SESSION

Full refund of the total cost, minus a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 10% of the total cost, to cover initial preparation work.

4.92 CANCELLATION BETWEEN 24 - 48 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED SESSION

If clients cancel their appointment between 24 - 48 hours of the scheduled session, they will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the session cost.

4.93 CANCELLATION LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED SESSION OR NO-SHOW

If clients cancel their appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, they will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost

4.94 NO-SHOW WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION

If clients are a no-show, without any prior notification, they will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the session cost.

4.95 RESCHEDULING

Clients can reschedule their appointment once without incurring any additional charges, provided that they do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

4.10  THE CHASTITY IMMERSION PATHWAY CANCELLATION POLICY

As our services are tailored to the client's specifications and initiated immediately upon payment, the right to cancel within the usual 14-day period does not apply, when they book online or over the phone. Clients are made aware of this exemption at the time of booking to set clear expectations regarding cancellations and refunds.

4.101 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

 An initial non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total immersion experience cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit covers the costs associated with the pre-planning consultation,and initial service delivery. The 20% non-refundable deposit reflects the bespoke and personalised nature of the service, which begins immediately upon payment due to the customisation involved.

4.102 CANCELLATION TIMEFRAMES

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 30 days before the start date of the immersion experience will result in a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will be eligible for a refund minus any costs incurred up to that point, such as irredeemable expenses or services already rendered.

4.103 CANCELLATION FEE STRUCTURE

   Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date will incur a cancellation fee based on a sliding scale:

  • 30-15 days before: 50% cancellation fee

  • 14-7 days before: 75% cancellation fee

  • Less than 7 days before: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)

4.104 RESCHEDULING OPTION

Clients may have the option to reschedule their immersion experience to a later date within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability and agreement between both parties. Rescheduling may incur a rescheduling fee to cover any additional costs or changes.

4.11  PORTALS: ONLINE MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

 As clients have immediate access to our exclusive content upon subscription, the 14-day right to cancel is waived. Clients are made aware of this exemption at the time of booking to set clear expectations regarding cancellations and refunds.

4.111 CANCELLATION OF LIFETIME ACCESS SUBSCRIPTIONS

Clients who have purchased lifetime access to any of our online membership portals may cancel their subscription at any time. To cancel a lifetime access subscription, clients must send a cancellation request to the concierge team via email at admin@queengnosis.co.uk. Once the cancellation request is received, the customer's access to the exclusive content will be terminated, and no further charges will be incurred.

4.112 CANCELLATION OF RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS

Clients who have subscribed to a recurring subscription model can cancel their subscription at any time. To cancel a recurring subscription, customers must log in to their account on our website and follow the cancellation instructions provided in the account settings. Alternatively, customers can contact our dedicated concierge team for assistance with the cancellation process.

4.113 SUBSCRIPTION REFUND POLICY

For lifetime access subscriptions, no refunds will be provided upon cancellation, as customers have already received access to the exclusive content for an unlimited period.

For recurring subscriptions, clients will not be eligible for refunds after the cancellation has been processed, as they will have continued access until the end of the billing period.

4.13 CANCELLATIONS BY THE QUEEN OF GNOSIS

In the rare event that The Queen of Gnosis has to cancel the delivery of any products or services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to notify the client as soon as possible and provide a full refund for the total cost of products or services ordered.

However, if the majority of the product or service has already been produced and delivered to the client at the time of cancellation, a partial refund may be offered at the discretion of The Queen of Gnosis. The partial refund amount will be determined based on the work completed and any recoverable costs incurred by the company up to the point of cancellation.

Please note that this policy excludes lifetime access subscription products.

5. FAIR USAGE POLICY

Our bespoke and signature packages are subject to fair usage based on all inclusions outlined in the package description. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for specific requests that go beyond the scope of what was originally intended or anticipated in the package. Fair usage is defined as using the services and amenities included in the package in a reasonable and customary manner consistent with the intended purpose of the package.

In addition, our wellness practice may offer spontaneous or requested add-on services that are not explicitly outlined in the package but may be provided upon request. These services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any additional charges before providing the requested services.

Examples of activities that may be subject to additional charges include, but are not limited to:

  • Excessive use of certain services or amenities not originally specified in the package.

  • Requests for additional services or amenities that are outside the scope of the package.

  • Spontaneous or requested add-on services that are not included in the package.

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes fair usage and to charge accordingly. By booking a bespoke or signature package with us, you agree to adhere to our Fair Usage Policy and understand that additional charges may apply for certain requests.

6. BOUNDARIES, COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT POLICY

6.1 HANDS-ON BODYWORK EMBODIMENT SESSIONS

In our hands-on embodiment work, especially in the realms of Tantra, sensual massage, and breathwork, we prioritise boundaries, communication, and consent to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all participants. Prior to any packages or immersive experiences involving hands-on bodywork or body-to-body contact, a thorough client consultation will be conducted. This consultation will include exercises focused on establishing boundaries, effective communication, and obtaining explicit consent. All clients are required to sign consent forms at the beginning of each session. 

Any boundaries set by the client and the practitioner during the consultation will be strictly respected during the session. Conversely, any requests made during the session that were not previously agreed upon during the consultation will not be accommodated. This policy is in place to prioritise safety and manage risks, especially in the context of intense and euphoric experiences that may impact judgment. Clients who refuse to sign the consent forms or violate any boundaries will have their session terminated immediately, without the possibility of a refund.

6.2 IN PERSON AND VIRTUAL ORACLE SESSIONS

In both in-person and virtual oracle sessions, we prioritise creating a safe and respectful space for exploration, guidance, and insight. It is important to establish clear boundaries and expectations for communication and behaviour. Clients are encouraged to openly speak about their intentions, questions, or any concerns they may have before, during, or after the session. Open dialogue and communication are essential for a productive and meaningful session.

Any information or guidance provided during the session is intended for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only. Clients are responsible for their own journey of self-development and are encouraged to make their own decisions based on the insights gained. We value open communication, mutual respect, and understanding in all interactions to ensure a positive and enriching experience for all parties involved.

7. HYGIENE POLICY

We prioritise the health, safety, and comfort of both the client and the practitioner. To ensure a clean and hygienic environment during sessions involving hands-on body work or body to body contact, the following hygiene policy is in effect:

7.1 SHOWER REQUIREMENTS WHEN SHOWER FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE AT THE SESSION LOCATION

When shower facilities are available at the session location clients are required to shower as part of the experience time before the bodywork session begins.

7.2 SHOWER REQUIREMENTS WHEN SHOWER FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THE SESSION LOCATION

When shower facilities are not available at the session location (e.g., the Dolgellau clinic), clients must shower prior to their scheduled session. If necessary, our concierge services can assist clients in booking an ensuite room as part of their overnight stay at a nearby hotel, so they can shower before the session.

7.3 RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who do not comply with the hygiene requirements outlined above. In cases where a client's hygiene poses a safety concern, we may terminate the session. Clients who are refused service or have their session terminated due to hygiene concerns will not be entitled to a refund. By booking a session with us, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this hygiene policy.

9. POSTAL DELIVERIES FOR PRODUCTS: LIMITED EDITION HAMPERS AND GIFT SETS

9.1 DISPATCH TIMES

We dispatch physical product orders on fixed dispatch dates. The days of dispatch are specified for each physical product at the point of order. It is your responsibility to ensure that you know the dispatch times, cut off points, delivery services and charges before making an order with us.

9.2 DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery time may vary according to the availability of the type of delivery service requested. We cannot make any guarantees on delivery times so it is recommended you place your order as early as possible, taking into account the stipulations of clause 9.1. Delays may also occur during busy seasons such as Christmas, for which we do not take responsibility. It is your responsibility as the customer to make your purchase in good time. We are not responsible for any delays arising from postal delays or force majeure (see clause 13) e.g. weather. Any new delivery charges as a result of such errors will be your responsibility.

9.3 DELIVERY OPTIONS & CHARGES

You will be able to select your delivery options during checkout. Delivery charges are set at a flat rate. This may vary based on the type of product. For international orders please bear in mind that you are responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and custom clearance fees. These charges can vary and are determined by factors such as price, nature of item, dimensions, origin country and the fees, duties and taxes of the country that is being delivered to.

9.4 DELIVERY ADDRESSES

We deliver to addresses in mainland UK. We also make international deliveries, however some products such as perishable items are not eligible.  All orders must be signed for and a correct address must be provided for delivery. When purchasing a product from our website, you are given the option to provide a delivery address (if it is different to the billing address). We are not responsible for any errors, delays or failures in delivery that arise if you fail to provide us with a correct address. In such an instance, you’ll be liable for any additional costs.

9.5 FAILED ATTEMPT TO DELIVER OR COLLECT

In the instance that a signed delivery is not possible at the address that you have provided us with, then you will receive a card informing you that delivery was attempted. This card will also provide you with details of where the items will be held and the options available for retrieving them such as re-delivery or collection. Any costs involved in this process will be your responsibility. Please note that your items will be held for a limited period of time in which you are expected to make arrangements to retrieve them. Once the time limit has expired or if you refuse delivery, then your items will be returned to us. We will then contact you to rearrange delivery and collect alternative address details if applicable. Please note that you’ll be liable for delivery charges that arise from re-sending your items. A refund will not be available in such circumstances. If we are unable to make contact, then we will resend the items to you using the address provided when the original order was made. You’ll be liable for the additional costs.
